We stayed a week in August 2022 and we loved it! There was a lot of thought and effort in order to let the guests be pampered and enjoy their stay in this hotel to the max.
Top: great service, design, facilities, view, quietness and cleanness. Personnel is helpful and kind and they are the real star of this hotel.
Tip: Vegetarians can't really tell if the dish contains meat/fish. Labelling the food is advised.
Amazing family vacation!!
Hotel is very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a great stay! We have full board, buffet food options were great with variety and gourmet choices.

❌For restaurant supervisor, I would recommend to be more nice and friendly to the guests.
❌Ladies at reception were arrogant and not friendly. Especially when we came from Prague to Bibione by car with 7 months baby and were waiting for so long time at Check-in. Super slow and not warming. Even there was only one more couple nearby. Please train reception staff ladies to welcome guest with the smile from the heart as they are the first and last impression of the hotel.
It would be great to have direct elevator from parking or have concierge service to bring luggage.
✅Beach and facilities were super. Beach towels and bags are provided. Very green area. There are shows during evening and mini disco. Also, e bikes and strollers for babies can be provided. We will be happy to come back again. Hopefully, manager would pay attention to the details mentioned above and take appropriate actions. ❗️Hotel is really amazing but some people can destroy general perception.

One more point is that during lunch and dinner it is a bit problematic to have coffee at the restaurant. You either red to use pool bar or hotel bar. During lunch only pool bar. It is not convenient at all and strange. What if I would like to enjoy my dessert with a couple of coffee?! Once again, we would thank Danielle who brought us sometimes coffee when we had lunch or dinner. What is the problem to make espresso?! This is normal when people drink coffee with dessert at the cool interior.
